Film Submission

Conditions for submitting a film:

1. 1. Submissions are open for feature or documentary films exclusively featuring individuals with mental and combined disabilities as actors.
2. 2. The film’s duration must not exceed 20 minutes.
3. 3. The film should not be older than 3 years.
4. 4. Films that have been submitted to Mental Power in previous years are not eligible.
5. 5. A registration fee of 200 CZK must be paid.
6. 6. All required materials (see application and festival regulations) must be submitted along with the film.
